Reviewed Commercial Works Contracts Available Now

At MPAQ, we're dedicated to keeping our members informed and compliant with processes and legal requirements regarding works contracts. We're pleased to advise that our Commercial Works contracts have been reviewed in accordance with the Unfair Contract Terms provisions.
Members can purchase Commercial contracts for specific commercial situations relating to:
- Plumbing services contract – to be used for once-off non-domestic works, such as when engaged by a builder or real estate agent.
- Master Contract for Plumbing Services – to be used for ongoing non-domestic works where there may be multiple jobs for one client (such as a builder or real estate agent)
- Subcontract for Plumbing or Associated Works – to be used for a once-off job completed by a sub-contractor to a Plumber.
- Master Subcontract for Plumbing or Associated Works - to be used for the regular engagement of a sub-contractor by a Plumber (multiple jobs by one sub-contractor).
