Contract for Domestic Works
Contracts for Domestic Works can be used when completing work for a homeowner. It is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland.
To comply with specific legislative requirements for contracts, we have developed three contracts that must be used depending on the value of the works being undertaken:

Contract for Plumbing Services
This contract is for once-off non-domestic works and can be used when completing work for a builder or real estate, as an example. It is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland.
- Option 1: Contract for Plumbing Services (Receive the full contract) – Schedule detailing the specifics of the works, relevant terms and conditions for the Schedule, and signature field all as one document.
- Option 2: Terms and Conditions ONLY – This option is available to members who want to use their quote as the basis of detailing the specifics of the contract. The Terms and Conditions then support that quote as the reference of the contract. This document would be sent with the quote and ideally your quote would have signature section to confirm the customer/client has approved your quote and it forms as the contract.

This contract is for the once-off engagement of a subcontractor. It is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland.

Master Contract
This contract is for businesses supplying ongoing plumbing services for a client (multiple jobs for one client like a builder or a real estate). It comes with a contract, which gets filled out once per client, and a purchase order, which gets filled out once per job for the client you have the Master Contract in place with. This contract is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland.

Master Subcontract
This contract is for the ongoing engagement of a subcontractor. It comes with a subcontract, which gets filled out once per subcontractor, and a purchase order, which gets filled out once per job that the subcontractor you have the Master Subcontract in place with completes. This contract is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland.
