Aquaknect started making flexible connectors in Australia in 1986 and remain the country’s only factory able to fully manufacture braided connectors.
Our ranges include products for gas, water, leisure & barbeques and HAVC, not only for household use, but for many commercial applications as well.
With over 30 years of experience making connectors our quality is second to none. To assure this, we are accredited to ISO9001:2015 and have been since 1997.
The WaterMark scheme was introduced in Australia in 1993 and Aquaknect was one of the first companies to be certified. Our certificate number is WMKA00105.
Gas products are one of our most common ranges, we make these connectors in diameters ranging from 6mm to 25mm and all are AGA approved. The gas products available from Aquaknect include hoses, Type 1 & 2 quick connect couplings, regulators and kits for barbeques.
Recently Aquaknect has been working with HVAC applications for chilled beams. In fact we supplied the first chilled beam project in Australia back in 2003.
Aquaknect has a full laboratory in our Meadowbrook factory. This is used for quality control as well as the development of new products. The latest mainstream development has been for a protective coating, Aquashield on the stainless steel braid. This reduces the risk for failure caused by external influences.
