Employer Essentials are designed to help plumbing and gas businesses operate within the national employment standards and to protect employers and employees.
This is a non-accredited online course that includes the following modules:
- National Employment Standards
- Leave entitlements
- Superannuation
- Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
Employees within Australia have minimum entitlements they are to receive whilst employed. This course will provide learners with information on:
- The National Employment Standards (NES) within the Fair Work Act 2009
- The relevant leave entitlements an employee is to receive throughout their employment
- General superannuation requirements; and
- What is an Enterprise Agreement, what to include in the Agreement and how to develop and seek approval for an Enterprise Agreement
Course Recognition
On successful completion of these courses, learners will be issued with a Certificate of Attendance.
Course Fees
- CSQ Small Business funded: $25 (inc. GST)
- Non-funded: $440 (inc. GST)
NOTE: The invoicing for this course will be issued by our training partner, Pointsbuild. Following registration, a Pointsbuild representative will contact you to process a payment for the registration fee.
