Trades Scheduler

Our team continues to grow as we deliver outstanding service and long-term value to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Trades Scheduler to join our administration team in Pinkenba. This is a hands-on scheduling role suited to someone who thrives in a busy trade services environment and enjoys being the central point that keeps field crews, clients and internal teams aligned. You will be responsible for coordinating over 30 field technicians and subcontractors across Brisbane, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, delivered on time and communicated clearly. You’ll typically manage a high volume of live jobs at various stages, requiring strong organisation, quick decision-making and confident communication. Key Responsibilities • Scheduling and dispatching field technicians and subcontractors • Managing daily and weekly job allocations • Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules as priorities change • Communicating with clients regarding bookings, updates and delays • Managing work orders and enquiries via a central inbox • Providing regular scheduling and project updates • Supporting the wider administration team as required You will have: • Proven experience scheduling trades, technicians or service crews • Experience in construction, utilities, civil, gas or trade services (highly regarded) • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities • Confidence working in a fast-paced, reactive environment • Clear and professional communication skills • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team This role suits someone practical, solutions-focused and comfortable managing moving parts in a busy operations environment.
