  The Work Contract COMPLETE PACKAGE comes in a digital format that will be emailed to the person purchasing this contract.

  Part of this package is The Contract for Plumbing Services . After purchasing this contract you will be given two options via email -

  • Option 1: Contract for Plumbing Services - This option includes the schedule, general terms and conditions and signature fields in one document. One contract is to be completed per client, per job; or
  • Option 2: General Terms and Conditions - This option includes just the terms and conditions document that references your own quote template. You also receive text that needs to be added to your quote and invoice templates, both of which refer back to the terms and conditions document. This document is then held at your business and forwarded to clients on request.

  These contracts have been created in conjunction with Cornwalls Law and are valid from July 2024. These contracts are reviewed annually and updated as required. If updates are required, the contract will need to be purchased again. MPAQ and Cornwalls recommend purchasing the newest version to ensure you have the most up to date terms and conditions.
