The Work Contract - Master Contract and Purchase Order comes in a digital format that will be emailed to the person purchasing this contract. This contract is suitable when an MPAQ member is completing multiple jobs for a client or when the MPAQ member is an ongoing subcontractor. It has been created in conjunction with Cornwalls Law and is valid from May 2021.

• Description

  The Work Contract - Master Contract and Purchase Order comes in a digital format that will be emailed to the person purchasing this contract. This contract has been created in conjunction with Cornwalls Law and is valid from May 2021. These contracts are reviewed annually and updated as required. If updates are required, the contract will need to be purchased again. MPAQ and Cornwalls recommend purchasing the newest version to ensure you have the most up to date terms and conditions.

• When to use a Master Contract

  The Master Contract is to be used for the supply of plumbing services by an MPAQ member to a client (multiple jobs for one client). This includes commercial work or work where the MPAQ member is an ongoing subcontractor for a client. One Master Contract is to be completed per client with one purchase order to be completed per job for that specific client. This contract is suitable for businesses operating in Queensland and/or New South Wales.
  

• Inclusions

  This contract comes with a range of Variation Notice templates to formalise any agreed changes to the scope of work or project cost. Instructions on which template to use for each scenario are included on the templates.
