MPAQ strives to keep members up to date and compliant with legislation. Due to recent legislative amendments, we have made some key changes to our employment contracts.

In response to member feedback, we've made important improvements to the current Domestic Works Contracts.

We're pleased to advise that our Commercial Works contracts have been reviewed in accordance with the Unfair Contract Terms provisions.
