Award Wages to Increase by 3.5%
The Fair Work Commission has announced a 3.5% increase to minimum wages. The increase will apply from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2018.
MPAQ Plumbing Specific Contracts
MPAQ have created plumbing specific contracts in conjunction with Cornwalls Law with plumbers in mind. They have undergone extensive industry consultation and testing to ensure they are specifically suited for plumbers in Queensland and New South Wales.
Annualised Salaries – Clerks Private Sector Award 2010
Where an annual salary is paid, the employer must advise the employee in writing, ideally through an employment contract, of what the total annual salary will be and detail which of the provisions of the Award are contained within the Annual salary.
